LED and laser projectors

Virtual floor marking for warehouses and production

LED and laser projectors that beam safety lines, symbols and pedestrian corridors directly onto the floors of warehouses and production halls.

STOP
A ceiling projector lights up the corridor before a pedestrian walks into it. At the end, a STOP sign holds them back until the forklift has passed.

Projected floor marking

Safety you can see

In warehouses and production halls, people, forklifts, cranes and moving machine parts meet every day. Conventional marking with paint or tape wears away and gets dirty over time, until nobody notices it any more.

Virtual floor marking solves this with light: LED and laser projectors beam safety lines, pictograms and warning zones directly onto the floor. We offer a complete tailored solution, from assessing your operation and choosing the projectors to installation and service.

We are happy to link light-based marking with anti-collision systems, which actively warn pedestrians and drivers. Places at risk of impact are protected by flexible barriers.

Benefits

Why light-based marking instead of paint

  • Always visible. A line or symbol of light catches the eye even in busy operations and in poorer lighting conditions.
  • No wear. Projected marking does not wear away under forklift wheels or get damaged during cleaning.
  • No shutdown. Installation does not require clearing the hall, grinding the floor or waiting for paint to dry.
  • Flexibility. If your warehouse layout changes, you just redirect the projector, with no old marking to remove.
  • Lower maintenance costs. No more regular renewal of paint and tape.
  • Works where paint does not. On wet, oily or uneven surfaces and on areas that cannot be marked permanently.

Our solution

Projectors for the ceiling, walls or hall structures, and projectors for mounting directly on forklifts.

  • Line projectors

Line projection, including over longer distances. Continuous lines of light mark out pedestrian corridors, work zones, loading areas or the space around machines.

  • Multi-line projectors

A single unit outlines several sides of a zone at once, ideal for loading docks, the area under a crane or around machines.

  • Symbol projectors (GOBO)

LED projectors with a GOBO stencil display warnings, mandatory signs, prohibitions or directional arrows exactly where the danger arises. With standard or wide-angle optics.

  • Custom pictograms

Symbols tailored to your operation, even your own logo.

  • Dual version

Two different symbols from one unit.

  • Projectors for forklifts

They project lines or points around the forklift. Pedestrians can see where the forklift is going before they can hear it or see it behind the racking.

Technology

LED or laser?

Both technologies have their strengths. We are happy to help you choose the right one for a specific location.

Laser projectorsLED projectors
Best suited tosharp, long linessymbols, pictograms and area marking
Typical usepedestrian corridors, zone boundaries, longer distanceswarnings at intersections, entrances and machines
Image typenarrow, high-contrast beamwider, easy-to-read image

In practice, the two technologies are often combined: lasers mark out routes and zones, and LED projectors add warning symbols.

Applications

Where you can use projectors

  • Pedestrian corridors: clearly separated routes for pedestrians in warehouses and production
  • Intersections and blind spots: warning symbols where pedestrians and forklifts cross paths
  • Crane projection: marking the area under a suspended load, including with overhead cranes
  • Loading and unloading zones: outlining loading docks and handling areas
  • Around machines and moving parts: a safe distance visible at a glance
  • Hall entrances and doors: alerts to forklift traffic
  • Scaffolding and temporary work zones: quick marking with no intervention in the floor
  • Public buildings: wayfinding and escape routes in hospitals, shopping centres and other buildings

Process

How we work together

  1. Site visit

We come to you, walk through your site and measure the lighting conditions and risk zones.

  2. Design

We prepare a safety concept or lighting calculation and compare the solution options.

  3. Subsidies

We advise you on the subsidy options currently available.

  4. Installation

We supply and install to your schedule, with as little disruption to your operation as possible.

  5. Service

Regular maintenance, measurements and system adjustments when your operation changes.

Questions you often ask

FAQ

Can projected marking be seen in daylight too?

Visibility depends on the intensity of the ambient lighting and on the floor surface. That is why we always design the projector's output and position for the specific location.

Can we project our own symbol or logo?

Yes, we create pictograms tailored to your needs.

Will projectors replace conventional floor marking?

In many cases, yes. But the two solutions are often combined: projectors highlight the highest-risk spots.

How demanding is installation?

Projectors are mounted on the ceiling, a wall, a structure or directly on the forklift. Installation usually does not require a shutdown.
