Why us

We are not tied to one manufacturer

We are not a manufacturer, and that is your advantage. No manufacturer is the best across its entire range, so we are happy to combine several brands in one solution, always so that the luminaires meet expectations and hold up in the given environment.

Since 2014 we have focused on lighting, mainly in industry. We handle more than 350 lighting upgrade or new installation projects every year.

Industrial LED luminaires for halls, warehouses and outdoor areas

Lighting for halls, warehouses and production, including places where standard luminaires cannot cope: in heat, in freezing conditions, and in explosive or aggressive environments.

  • LED luminaires for halls and warehouses

Luminaires with efficacy of up to 210 lm/W for the high ceilings of production halls and warehouses.

  • IP65 linear luminaires

A replacement for fluorescent fittings in dusty and damp environments.

  • LED panels for offices

Panels for suspended ceiling grids, with occupancy and daylight control.

  • ExEx

    Explosive atmospheres

Luminaires for zones Ex1, Ex2, Ex21 and Ex22, for example in paint shops.

Questions you often ask

FAQ

Isn't it enough to replace the luminaires like for like?

Only where the current luminaire positions also suit new LEDs and the cabling meets the standards. Otherwise you lose the chance to save what is often as much as half of the luminaires and to use lighting controls. That is why we always compare the like-for-like option with an optimised design.

Do we need a lighting calculation?

Yes. Only a calculation can verify that the new lighting meets the requirements of the applicable EN standards for illuminance, uniformity and glare, as well as the needs of your operation. We carry one out for every option we offer.

Does whiter light shine brighter?

No. The human eye perceives light close to daylight, at around 4,000 K, most naturally. For workplaces we recommend 4,000 K, or 5,000 K at most. Higher colour temperatures bring greater fatigue and a higher risk of glare.

How should you choose a luminaire, if not by unit price?

By efficacy (lm/W), L80 or L70 lifetime, resistance to ambient temperature, UGR glare, IP and IK ratings and CRI colour rendering, ideally at least 80. What counts is payback and total service life, not the price of one unit.

Are lighting controls worth it?

Yes. LEDs cut consumption by at least 60%, and controls based on motion or daylight can easily save a further half of what remains. The extra investment usually pays back in about 2 years.

Is LED also suitable for heat or freezing conditions?

Standard industrial luminaires can handle ambient temperatures of up to 45–55 °C. For foundries, bakeries and freezer rooms, we have solutions proven in operation, even at temperatures of around 70 °C. We measure the conditions at your site before we start the design.

How much does it cost to run one luminaire?

At three shifts, five days a week and €0.24 per kWh, one 400 W discharge lamp luminaire costs €588 a year and one 2× 58 W fluorescent luminaire costs €170. LED cuts these costs by up to 80%.

Do we have to put off the upgrade until the next budget?

No, you don't. Payback is often under 2 years, so every year of delay costs you unnecessary money on electricity. We can help with financing from savings, leasing or subsidies.
